| Hi! Welcome to House Plan Advice! My name is Art and I've been a qualified custom house builder and land developer for more than 40 years. Construction has been our family business for almost a century. Having grown up in the family contruction business, I have vast experience in all areas of home construction and land development, including designing, pricing and job planning. I have built all the different styles of houses, from ranches, raised ranches, split levels to colonials, salt boxes and capes. I have also remodeled more old houses than I care to remember! Plus, I have over 20 years experience of serving on our local planning and zoning commission. |
| Additionally, my experience includes knowing what to avoid, how to spot existing problems and knowing what can be fixed or remodeled and what can't. Also, my extensive knowledge of land usage and development is invaluable when planning a home. This type of knowledge can save you thousands of dollars in wasted efforts. |
